Attorney General incrcerate Payman's news editor

Payman news editor has imprisonmented because of publishing an article which religious Ulema says it is against islam.

although Payman Daily's editor apologized, but Ulema says that he must to punish because of committing this crime.

the governmental committe for assessment of the media crime also sent his case to supreme court and announced that assessment of this kind cases not responsibility of this committe.

it is terrible if any media cases pass to supreme court, because there are conservative religious Ulema in supreme court of Afghanistan.

Religious Scholars asks for trialing of Payman's editor

Religious scholars asked government yesterday for trialing of the Payman Daily editor, because of publishing an article that according to religious scholars is against Islam.

Payman daily published a prediction article from a foreign writer which predicted about emersion of a new prophet in mid 21 century.

These Ulema (religious scholars) said: if government does not to trial Payman’s editor we ourselves do it.

Payman editor says that Daily’s personal published this article mistaken and it was not published deliberately.

Although publishing of the article depends on editor, but Police locked up two journalists of the Payman in charge of the issue.

There is growing concern about increasing of limitations against journalists in Afghanistan.

Journalists are threatened by Ulema’s and powerful political leaders. Most of the trial cases of journalists are what Ulema say insult of Islam.

During a conference had held by Afghan women two months ago, President Karzai himself said that human rights is an imported and western phenomenon not a local and Afghani worth.

The culture and information minister also had told that freedom of expression is a tattle.
All of these show that there is not a safety system for journalists and government leaders themselves are against freedom of expression.

Snow, Hunger and Ethnocentrism in Afghanistan

people in central province of Daikundi are facing to Death, because snow and hunger come together simultaneously in this province.

According to media reports, the roads that connects districts to province are shut and the rate of the food materials have increased unheard in these districts.

government of Afghanistan had promised that food materials will be carried to this province and other provinces in central Afghanistan, before arrival of winter.

Roads are shut always during winter and it is difficult to carry any thing to the high way district.

government already asked international community humanitarian aid but when international community gave money for the hunger people, it was government that did not want to carry food materials in Daikundi because of ethnocentrism.

political leadership of Afghanistan involves to implementation of ethnocentrism policies.

people of central Afghanistan are Hazara. they are facing with different problems, but government does not provide services for these people, because of their ethnic.

every one knows that Pashtons are governing in Afghansitan and other ethnics including Hazara, Tajik and Uzbek are facing to much problems because of ethnocentrism in Afghanistan government.

i think international community should ask government's leaders about expenditure of their funds.

government does not divide the international community's fund equally among ethnic groups and it will put negative impact on relation between non pashtuns ethnic and international community especially US.

if international community want to stay and reconstruct Afghanistan, they should to supervise the internal policies of government, because their funds spend unequal in Afghanistna, therefore it is important that internalional community ask president Karzai, how he spend the money? for people of Afghanistan or for his ethnic group Pashtuns?

Two-Step effort for seize fire in Gaza

Although Gaza is passing the tenth days of fight, but there is not hope for an immediate seize fire. Western and Arabian countries in general and United States in particular have Consensus for collapsing of Hamas, because Hamas is one of the strategic allies of Iran in region.
US accused Hamas for firing missile into Israel and supports from Israel military operations on Gaza.
Iran and Syria as close allies of Hamas are not able to help for seize fire in Gaza because of their international and diplomatic seclusion.
Arab league that is too inactive organization can not play an active role because of the deep influence those Hamas’s opponent Arabian countries who wish that the Gaza conflict may knockout Hamas.
Hamas is a branch of Ikhwan Ul Muslimin and has close relation with the Egypt Government’s dangerous opposition party; therefore Egypt as a key player in Middle East has interest for weakness of Hamas and does not like for an immediate seize fire.
France president Sarkozi, played two- step diplomatic effort for seize fire and his efforts failed, because France like other western countries don’t have any relation with Hamas.
Western countries are talking for seize fire, without Iran and Syria who have good relation with Hamas and are able to convince Hamas for seize fire, therefore there is not hope for immediate seize fire in Gaza.
